Image Warehouse was started in late 2005 with the idea of the end user in mind. We wanted to offer customers the chance to buy the best possible ink and toner cartridges at the lowest possible prices even though the cartridges may not be in OEM packaging. So far we have done a pretty good job. There will always be those customers who will get the products in the mail then complain, but thats usually because they do not take the time to read what they are buying. Its my personal pet peeve with buyers.
