1. All products sold by Enchanted Magick are covered by our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you wish to return items for any reason within this time frame then you must contact us. 2. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of goods in new, unused condition. Any item returned in a used/opened state will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to deduct postage expenses. 3. When a product is provided with shrink wrap or security seals, these must be intact and unopened for the product to be accepted for return. 4. We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking fee for returned items. 5. We will replace any item that has manufacturers faults on receipt of the faulty goods. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. 6. All herbs, resins and powders are non-returnable.
