I'm Head of Sales and Marketing at In2itive Business Group based in Peterborough UK. Both the business and myself personally are complete ebay novices so if anyone out there has any tips and guidance it would be gratefully received.

In2itive works with a wide range of training companies to help them sell and deliver their training programmes, including streamed video products over the Internet. The first of these that we're helping to promote and hopefully sell via ebay is the King James New Testament from Watchword Productions at www.myvideobible.com. If things go well with this particular product then we'll look at listing several other video based products across a variety of different disciplines and interests.

In2itive have been in operation for about 7 years and I've been part of the business for the past 18 months. Our main focus is 'business to business' and we partner mainly with companies that provide training and that want to get their training solutions online in a managed learning environment. Myvideobible (www.myvideobible.com)is the first of these products/partnerships that were looking to help promote and sell on ebay. If the ebay community likes this type of product then we will be looking to add lots of new products that are already available online but that aren't yet being sold via ebay. This will include personal development videos amongst many others.

With the products that we're looking to sell via ebay there is no postage and packing because the product is online. As soon as you make a payment we send your registration details by email and you can access it immediately. We quote that we'll send the detals within 24 hours to be on the safe side but typically it will be much less than this.

Before purchasing you should view the checklist in our detailed listing. Some customers may experience minor problems when they first use the service and this is most often due to their own PC/Laptop settings. Our technical support team usually sort these pretty quickly over the phone or on e-mail if you use the 'contact the producer' facility. In2itive are very new to the ebay world and we also realise that myvideobible and other online video based products that we are looking to sell via ebay are very different to the usual VHS cassette or DVD experience.
