When we started in 1995 we were one of the first companies in the UK to offer business customers a free collection service for used printer cartridges. Having clearly established ourselves as a major player in the recycled printer cartridge industry we are now on course to become the UK's number one. From humble beginnings the company has grown and now employs 45 people at its bases in Scarborough, York and Leeds Infotone is organised into three divisions: Sales. Infotone is a sales-driven company. The sales team is fun, friendly and ambitious. But we are not overly pushy; we prefer to build effective long-term relationships with clients, rather then focus on short-term wins. There are three aspects of our service which set us apart from our competitors: 1. Customer Service. If things go wrong, we fix them quickly. 2. Price. Our prices are up to 60% lower than the costs of new cartridges and our products do not cost the environment. 3. Quality.

At our Scarborough factory we re-manufacture 4,000 ink and toner cartridges every month. Every one is manufactured under a strict ISO9001 quality accreditation. Our cartridges are as good as new.

This consists of the usual warehousing and distribution, credit control, purchasing and sales support. These people make sure the whole machine keeps running.
