We look to dispatch items, from stock within 1 working day Monday-Friday. For special orders the dispatch time varies depending on the supplier; however we look to supply the goods within 10 days. If for any reason you have not received your goods after the 10 day period please contact us immediately. Bulky, heavy items are dispatched within 1 business day by 24 hour courier. Smaller items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded delivery. These services insure all items reach you and avoid delays and costs for both us and you. All items are signed for and tracked. Signature on delivery is optional on certain situations when requested.

We always make sure you are happy with your purchase, however if you feel that for any reason you would like to return the goods please contact us straight away. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days, in the same condition that they left us, unused and unopened. All returns must have original invoice in order to be liable for a refund. Any goods returned after 14 days, are opened, used or damaged will not be entitled to a refund. We recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items to us to avoid loss of goods. For any special orders that are incorrect or no longer needed by the customer, refunds will be subject to a 20% stock fee. Items such as helmets are non refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
