Purchased 29th Oct, delivered 8th Nov. Longer delivery time than expected but good communication from both the seller and their delivery driver, who was very helpful & gave ETA. We must have just been unlucky, not many deliveries near us at time, as they group them together. Shower tray is unopened as yet, but looks fine through plastic. Waste looks good too. All ready for our builders over next few weeks. Good value for a quality product.

Arrived safely well packed from a dedicated shower tray delivery vehicle with a very pleasant and helpful driver. Will unpack next week when it will be fitted but very IMPRESSED and realise now why Inspiration have such a good feedback if it takes this amount of care to ensure that the trays get delivered to their customers in the safest possible way, - can’t be the cheapest way to do it, but by far the safest. Not often that I am impressed by a delivery, but definitely on this occasion. ***
