We are a family run business which started in July 2009. We have expanded our range of products from rugs to most household products. We currently have over 650 unique products and we are always looking to expand our range further to suit our customer needs. We aim to offer a personal, friendly and professional service whether it be answering questions or dispatching the products in a timely fashion.

We accept PayPal, Cheque & Postal Orders.

Items will be dispatched on the same day or on the next working day once payment has been received/cheque has cleared. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. We now have a 24 hour Courier for any items that are too big to post through the Royal Mail or if customers want an item urgently.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email (ricky.hooper@sky.com) within 7 days. You must return any item in the condition they were delivered. Once we have received the item, we will make a full refund minus the postage. If there are any faults a full refund will be given including return postage.
