Delivery information
Every item has different priced postage. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged and leave me in perfect condition. Fancy dress costumes, remote control cars and a few other items come direct from the manufacturer, the postage costs are set by them and cannot be combined. Delivery is usually with 2-3 days but please allow up to 7 days or use their next day option. Postage will be higher than quoted to anywhere other than UK Mainland. Please email for a quote. When receiving furniture via courier please sign for it and clearly write UNCHECKED next to your signature. If you do not do this and the product has been damaged in transit I will not be able to refund or replace it as the insurance will be invalid. Any questions please ask before purchasing.
Return policy
Within 14 days but please report any problems within 48 hours. Some items I sell are covered under the Distance selling regulations but most are not as they are hand painted to the customers personal requirements.
These regulations provide a period of 7 working days after the date of receipt within which the consumer can cancel the contract (often referred to as the cooling off period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges.
The consumer will be asked to return the goods at their own cost.
This right of cancellation does not apply to:
Custom-made goods - Goods which are tailored to your own specifications
CLOTHES & GIFTS can be returned if faulty.
HAND PAINTED ITEMS Can ONLY be returned if they are damaged. Please sign for it and clearly write UNCHECKED next to your signature. If you do not do this and the product has been damaged

Postage & refund policy
I take no responsibility for items lost in the post unless you have requested & paid for recorded delivery (in this case a full refund will be issued). I do however always obtain a certificate of postage which insures 1st class up to £34. I will happily forward this to you at no extra cost with the required claim forms to enable you to make any necessary claims. Any questions please email me before purchasing.
