Since I start using eBay, I have came across many unreliable traders. There are many fraud and online thefts asking inexperienced eBayers to sent their items to overseas or send before payment is clear. eBay online theft/fraud likely have no star rating or very few, they often send out fake paypal receipt to your inbox and request for overseas shipping. To prevent the issues: 1) please make sure the payment is clear before you sent the item, because the fake paypal receipt looks identical to the real one apart from the original email address sent from. 2) make sure you're comfortable with shipping to overseas and have asked correct amount of shipping fee. 3) Do not send your item before payment is clear. Finally, I know there're still plenty good and reliable eBayers and don't let those people spoiled our fair trade community. Happy eBaying :)
