For payment I currently accept paypal - id: sanibelsheller@msn.com, google checkout, U.S. money orders and personal checks. Items paid for with a personal check are shipped after the check clears my bank. If you are mailing your payment please let me know so that I can be on the lookout for it. I will email you when I receive your payment and all items are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you would like me to send you an invoice through paypal or google checkout just let me know.

I ship all items USPS with Delivery Confirmation. I try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment (Holidays and Sundays excluded). If there is an unforseeable circumstance that prevents me from shipping within 48 hours I will email you and let you know. Insurance is not required but it is recommended as I cannot be responsible for your package once I hand it over to the post office. I will be happy to help you file a claim if needed for a lost or broken insured item.

I accept returns on items only if I am contacted within 2 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to me in the condition it was sent to you in (if new, it must be still in the package, unworn, tags still attached). I will not refund a broken or lost item that was uninsured. Broken or lost items that are insured must be taken up with the post office. Refunds are given for the purchase price only.
