We are an Independent Company, based on the Isle of Wight. We started selling and hiring Power Tools in 1974. Since then we have expanded several times and now trade from a purpose built premises on a Business Park. We pride ourselves on our reputation for giving excellent service and unbiased advice to our local Tradesmen & DIY customers. Five years ago we started selling on Ebay, initially to move some redundant goods that had been gathering dust in our stockroom. Gradually we added more goods to our Ebay Shop, until we have what you see today. This is still only a fraction of what we stock in our Showroom.

Unless otherwise stated carriage is by carrier to UK Mainland and in the case of heavier items may exclude the Highlands. If you are in doubt please enquire before purchasing, as we may have to sur-charge also for off-shore Islands and Northern Ireland. Our Carriers will require a signature on delivery. If they leave a card please contact them a.s.a.p. otherwise the item may be returned to us incurring further delivery fees. They will not leave with a neighbour unless pre-arranged. Carrier damage must be reported within 12 hours, as we only have 24 hours to make a claim, if you are unable to check at the time of delivery please sign for unchecked. Please let us have a contact telephone number should the carriers need to get in touch. EU COUNTIRES: We will deliver to EU Countries at our discretion. Where prices are quoted they are for EU mainland only. Please enquire for Islands and we will be happy to quote you a price.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a refund. Unless, item is not as described, p&p will not be refunded and a £10 re-stocking fee may be incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please email or phone first.
