Please note that the cost of postage is not the same as P&P. P&P is all materials and charges incurred by the sender ~ postage is the part of the cost that the courier charges for carriage. I purposely set First Class Standard postage slightly high - purely because I prefer to send (and receive) post by recorded delivery. If you are not happy to pay the post and pack fee, please do not buy the item(s).

Customers must contact me prior to returning goods. Customer must pay P&P for returning of mistakenly/wrongly ordered goods. Mistaken/wrongly ordered item(s) may be returned within 14 days after delivery for a full refund (less the P&P fees and listing fee(s)). Orders damaged/lost in transit will be given a full refund (including P&P) - if your item is sent by Reorded delivery and is obviously damaged prior to receipt, refuse to sign for it and it will be returned to me at no cost to yourself. Let me know you have refused delivery and I will either issue a refund or sort a replacement. Any and all returned items (item(s) and all packaging) must be in as new (unused) condition and be fit fot resaleable condition as 'New'.
