Please make your payment within 7 days of the winning bid. Unfortunately if your payment is not received within the required period, it is with regret that an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay. Paypal is our preferred method of payment, however we can accept a personal cheque or postal order. Both of which require at least 5 working days to clear. As a general rule cheques and postal orders are paid in on Tuesdays, unless we are able to get to the bank on another day. We aim to post items the same working day if received before 3pm with cleared payment. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Courier. Postage is to most UK mainland areas. Please enquire about delivery charges for other areas not included in Standard Royal Mail Services, also overseas and BFPO. Likewise for Special Next Day and Recorded prices. Items are posted Monday to Friday with the exception of extremely busy periods when we may be able to post on a Saturday as well.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, perfect goods may be returned for a full refund (minus delivery charges). Return postage costs must be met by the purchaser and the item must be returned within 7 days. All goods are to be unused, complete and in their original packaging. For items with 'FREE POSTAGE' the actual postage paid to send the item to you will be deducted from the refund.
