The majority of our items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, with no additional postage charges: just one clear price. In most cases for a small supplement we can send your purchases by Royal Mail 1st Class post or by courier. We are also able to send parcels worldwide, so if you don't see your country under postage and packaging please ask and we'll be happy to quote you a price.

Jackson Spares considers the condition of its products to be of 'satisfactory quality', 'as described'; and 'fit for purpose'. We will refund the cost of the item and its postage charges if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. However, the buyer is required to return the part to us in the same condition as it was supplied, packed carefully, with prior notification and at their own expense. We will give any customer a repair or replacement item where the original product turns out to be faulty. We would expect a buyer to notify us of this with 28 days from date of purchase if this is the case. Any loss or damage to the item that occurs in transit is the responsibility of us and we will replace items lost or damaged in the post.
