Jackson Spares is a family company that has distributed spares parts and accessories to the trade and public for over 50 years. All of the products listed are items we have in stock in our warehouse which means, wherever possible, they are dispatched to our customers the same day.

At present, we can accept payment by: Paypal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order/Banker's Draft.

The majority of our items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, with no additional postage charges, just one clear price. In most cases a small supplement can be paid to have your purchases sent by 1st Class.

Jackson Spares considers the condition of its products to be of 'satisfactory quality', 'as described'; and 'fit for purpose'. We will refund the cost of the item and its postage charges if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. However, the buyer is required to return the part to us in the same condition as it was supplied, packed carefully, with prior notification and at their own expense. We will give any customer a repair or replacement item where the original product turns out to be faulty. We would expect a buyer to notify us of this with 28 days from date of purchase if this is the case. Any loss or damage to the item that occurs in transit is the responsibility of us and we will replace items lost or damaged in the post.
