Hi I did reply back - as per my message I believe you have mistakenly ordered this JEM part for an older J99 machine which is why it won't fit and the openings are completely different as can be seen on your picture. If you can send me a picture of your machine I can confirm this for definite, unfortunately if you do have a J99 machine then spare parts are no longer available for this model.
