The chair was in great condition, the delivery man was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately we had to send back as it didn't fit my mum, but we were gutted as it was a great chair for the price. Refunded with no quibbles, would definitely recommend this company.

What a beautiful chair this is, hubby waiting for hip surgery but this has made it more comfortable to sit in a chair. The delivery man was the most helpful person ever, he just was so pleasant and helpful. He moved things around to have the chair set up for husband. I cannot thank this man and the company enough. This company needs to be praised for the service it provides at time of need with such kindness-best customer service I have ever expereinced in my life. Swift delivery of a chair that is as described excellent and my friend delighted. I gather the person who delivered even vacuumed the carpet to ensure no mess of any sort and he did not create any.
