my shop has been on ebay for two years and we like to think we are honest and fair ebayers,customers are very important to us,there are many pitfalls when buying on ebay and lots of people wanting to scam and cheat,we thought that if we could be 100% different to them then we could be successful and this has proved correct,treat people fairly and honestly and they will come back,the times we have failed customers we always hold our hands up and hopefully put the situation right as soon as is possible,when you buy from us you know that we will always give 100% value 100% service and 100% effort to make the experience as stress free as can be. Paypal is our main choice as it is the safest for our customers and us,but we will accept personal cheque or postal order although this does hold up your items

postage and packaging can be a very difficult part of the sale to get right as we have to rely on the postal service,and at times they are very poor and this reflects badly on our store,so to counter this 99% of our items are sent recorded delivery and fully insured as from time to time they will go missing,if or when this happens we always refund you before we claim back the value this is normally after 15 days because thats when the post office agree the item is missing,but again if you are worried an item has not come or been delivered mail me,im here to help

our returns policy is a 100% no quibble refund if you are not totally happy with your purchase FOR ANY REASON all we ask is that the good are returned in the original packaging and unused and within 7 days,there may be the odd item we dont offer this policy on and if so it will state so on the listing,if you are ever unsure mail us
