I started on eBay in 2006 selling unwanted clothes mostly donated by my shopaholic sister. She still keeps me supplied in plenty of clothes. I am planning to open an eBay shop later this year and I am going to start selling some of the clothes that I make. They will all be one - offs so no-one else will have the same outfit. I also want to sell some vintage items too. All things are packaged in tissue paper (unless a really big item) & are usually packaged in my distinctive pink mailing bags. All items are wrapped this way whether they cost you £1 or £100. I do not charge a single penny for packaging. The cost you pay for postage is the exact amount charged by Royal Mail. I do not profit from postage & sellers that do this really annoy me!!

As mentioned above I do not charge for packaging & I only cost the exact amount for postage. I post everything 1st class recorded with no exceptions unless it is a heavy item and then I use a courier which is a flat fee of £10.99 which is 100% their fee and nothing in it for me.

I do not accept returns if you don't like it or if it does not fit. I give accurate measurements in my listings. If I have wrongly described an item or on the rare occassion that I may have overlooked a major flaw without mentioning it in my listing then that is a different matter. If you have a complaint please contact me. I do not like it when people are nasty & agressive & make demands. All situations can be sorted amicably. I buy on eBay as well as sell so I know how frustrating it is waiting for an item that never arrives. I recently had an experience as a buyer where the item never arrived so I reported it and the seller refunded me about 2 weeks later. Then a month later reports me for not paying!! It took ages to sort out with not much help from eBay either I might add!!
