I offer a 7 day return to base warranty on items described as Tested & Working. Items sold Untested/For Spares are not covered. The warranty covers the hardware only. Faulty CD/DVD's are also covered. I don't refund customers who have bought goods in error so please be sure you want something before ordering. When goods have been returned to me, and I can confirm a fault I will offer a replacement item or will give a refund. I do not refund your cost for returning the goods to me. If an item is not faulty I will ask you to pay for the postage to send the item back to you.
