We will always reply to your questions. When an order goes missing or does not arrive we will ask you to confirm your name and address and to check at your local post office. For UK Customers we will ask you to wait for 14 working days and Europe Customers to wait for 20 days and for Rest of the World 30 days, this is our Postal Provider Policy. When an order has to be returned for a refund we will refund you on receipt of your package and we will always refund the postage that you paid

We do not have a fixed time period for payment, but the sooner we receive payment the sooner we will dispatch your item we will accept bank transfers, postal orders, cheques and paypal. As long as you leave us a reference. We will send a courtesy e-mail a week to check that all is well, sometimes payments do go missing. After two weeks we will start the process to recover my fees from eBay, but will keep you informed at each stage. After three weeks if no payment has been received we will resell the item.

If for any reason the item is not as described in the auction listing, we would be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item in the original packing and unused.
