Love things that do exactly what they say on the tin...usually buy things like mascara, lip-gloss, clothes etc as so much cheaper than in the shops.

I have not got a 100% feedback as some nobs out there leave feedback before they try to sort out a problem...usually those who are newbies and think that parcels should arrive within 1 hour of them paying....or cos they don't read the advert and then blame me...BUT i want 1000% customer satisfaction and will always aim for just that,
