We are a family run business Jessica(13,) Edward(7), Nici(oldest!), Daniel (2 the baby) and Steve (Old too!), and that is J.E.N.D.S! I am Nici and I run the business, make the jewellery and do the knitting, the others help with listing and posting!

I love making jewellery, and sell lots of my handmade items on here, I buy the stuff to make them here too. I also like to knit so over the next few months keep an eye out for weird and wacky knitted items like egg cosies and mug warmers. I am also mad abou making hampers and will have some of my specially made ones on here in the run up to christmas, look out for Mums pamper packs (no not full of baby items, full of delicious items to just pamper mums of kids of any age!), the cold care cabana, with everything you need to combat a cold, included hand knitted tissue box cover, Mum to be medley, with lovely things to pamper the expectant mother, including a hand knitted hot water battle cover, and the breakfast in bed with teapot cosy and egg cosies, I am hoping these will be great wonderful gift ideas, for friends and loved ones!
Been working at this business since 2003 when we started making jewellery to sell at craft fairs, soon realised we needed a bigger market and started buying and selling on eBay. Love selling here, love it when you make something, or sell something that pleases someone else, especially when you get good feedback, or even an email to say thank you that is really rewarding.
In the UK we take Paypal, cheque, postal order (crossed) or cash on collection. Every where else it is paypal only to eliminate delays in posting.
We pride ourselves on taking really good care with packaging, all items are wrapped in tissue paper before being dispatched either in a postage bag or wrapped in black plastic depending on size. For all item I weight the package, add a little extra for packaging and that is it. I never try to increase the money I make through postage costs, you pay for what you get. I offer a wide variety of postal options with different rates, first and second class recorded, special delivery, standard parcel delivery (for large bulky items). Overseas I offer surface mail or airmail(small packets). I endeavour to dispatch items next working day but, boviouslyt sometimes there are problems and I fail in that (although that is rare), if that should happen the buyer will recieve an email explaining the situation. I send buyers a copy of the tracking number once their parcel has been posted so they can keep an eye on its delivery schedule!
I am happy to accept returns, both on items that are just unwanted as well as items that are faulty or not up to scratch. I do say that if the buyer has just changed their mind that I will not refund the postage and packing, but that if the item is faulty I will return the full amount. I would like to say that to date I have only had 2 returns, one where I had sent out the wrong colour item by mistake (swapped them over, buyer left great feedback no problems!) and once when a customer bought a dvd from me without checking the region, found it was incompatible and then filed a dispute with paypal at the same time as asking me if I could resolve the problem. He returned it, I refunded it, end of story!
