I accept Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Orders & Bankers Drafts.
I do not have a fixed time period for payment, but the sooner I receive payment, the sooner I will dispatch your item. I will send a courtesy email after 5 days to check that all is well. If I have not received a payment or email from you after 10 days, I will have to start the process to recover my fees from Ebay, but will keep you informed at each stage of the process.
Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear. The items will be posted the first working day after funds clear, and I will email you at each stage.
Delivery information
Any item paid for prior to 6pm will be posted first thing the next working day. If you would like to purchase more than 1 item from me, I offer discounts on the additional items. These discounts will be advised on the listings. Once you have won the items, the invoice should update this automatically. If not, please request a total, and I will amend this for you.
UK POSTAGE:
All items are posted by the Royal Mail, as per the listing (unless stated otherwise).
OUTSIDE OF THE UK:
I offer a few services for postage worldwide. Please select the relevant method from the listings.
Any custom taxes, or associated importation fees remain the buyer's responsibility.
I will confirm via email when your item has been dispatched.
I ensure I have proof of postage for all items sent.
My post and packaging charges cover the postage costs as per the UK Royal Mail published costs, and also the cost for all the packing materials used to ship your item.
Return policy
Returns Policy:
I aim to provide the highest levels of quality & service. If I do make a mistake, please let me know and I will do all I can to put things right. If your purchase is not as you had expected, just return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days and I will be happy to provide a refund. Please do note that I do not reimburse the cost of return postage.
