The amount you pay for p&p also covers packaging & handling. Please request an invoice if buying more than 1 item as I give great discounts on postage wherever possible. If you require an alternative method of posting - eg Special Delivery - please request an invoice for this BEFORE making payment otherwise this may delay the dispatch of your order. I ALWAYS post items as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours - & send an email to advise dispatch. I ALWAYS obtain a certificate of posting but cannot be held responsible for the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver or the loss of any item in the post. If you have not received your order 15 working days after posting please contact me.

Returns accepted within 7 days for most items. (Auction & Seasonal items are excluded) Items to be returned in same condition as sold, with packaging & tags / labels intact.
