What everyone should know about me
I am an Airline Transport Pilot with several type ratings and enjoy flying, sailing and my grandchildren. I owned my own business from 1981 to 2004 when I sold it, and am starting a second career on the internet.
Things I sell
I formed an aviation insurance agency in March of 1981 and grew the business to 10 employees and $ 9,000,000 in sales until I sold it in July of 2004. Since then I have acquired my Masters Degree in Business, and have created a number of web sites for my wife (a professional photographer who loves to photograph children) and for aviation aficionados about general aviation and very light jets.
Aviation Sources will accept PayPal, cashiers check, personal check or a money order in payment for any item. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express through PayPal. Aviation Sources reserves the right to hold shipment until personal checks clear our bank account. Be sure to include the item description, auction number, and shipping address along with your check or money order when mailing your order to us. Payment is expected in full within 7 days of auction close. If you can not meet these payment requirements, for any reason, you must contact us before bidding in order to make special arrangements.
All orders received during normal business hours are normally shipped the same day. Any items ordered after normal business hours will be shipped on the next business day. Without exception all orders will be shipped within five (5) business days or we will advise you immediately and our “Out of Stock Policy” will apply. Shipping costs to any location are stated in the item listing. You may be directed to the shipping calculator at the bottom of the listing for items shipped via UPS or the US Post Office. Multiple purchases will always be combined to save you money on shipping costs. All items shipped outside the US or Canada will only be sent USPS Express Mail International because this is the only way we can provide tracking on your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Aviation Sources immediately to arrange to return your item – no questions asked – your only cost will be the return shipping and insurance (if any). For a full refund you must return the item in like-new condition. Aviation Sources will make the final decision regarding the condition of the item. We have always given our customers a 100% refund on their returned items.
