All our gold and silver jewellery comes beautifully packaged in stylish gift boxes or suede pouches.

If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging. Only items received which are damaged or faulty will be accepted. On receipt of your purchase, please contact customer services immediately if the item is damaged. Proof of postage must be retained in case of loss. All returns must be made within 7 days. When returning faulty items, you must send them by ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘Recorded’ for insurance purposes. Faulty items not returned by this method and are lost in the post, will result in being non-refundable or replaceable. For returns from Europe or the rest of the world, a similar service must be so that the item/s are fully insured and require a signature. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns for rings which are the wrong size.
