I run my eBay auctions with my husband of 22 years. It's just the 2 of us & we work hard to bring you the highest quality of goods & superior customer service. I am a 40 year young mom of two daughters (19 & 23). eBay is our only source of income.

Business started 11+ years ago - grew it over the years working full-time outside the home until we decided that we wanted to spend more time with our family & less stress so we both work eBay as our only job and we are loving it. Thank you for your support now & over the years!

PAYPAL or Cash in Person (for anyone in the Coeur d'alene/Spokane area)

Delivery information
We ship Monday - Saturday. If you pay by noon, your item is shipped that day (unless of course I get a flat tire, a snowstorm hits...good excuses, but always by the next day!). We are one of the fastest shippers on eBay and we ship everything via USPS with delivery confirmation in the US so you have tracking info.

Return policy
I stand behind everything I sell no matter what - if it's lost, arrives damaged OR simply will not work for whatever reason (I've seen the weirdest things happen LOL), I refund my customers in full upon return of the item. I am a no hassle seller who truly believes in customer service not just make a quick buck at the customer's expense. :)

Kimberlee, Hope this is going in the correct place. I was amazed at your quickness to respond to all my emails. I was surprised at how quickly I received my quilt book. Envelope and label clean clear concise immaculent and taped. Personalized note with all information. Book wrapped and sealed in plastic with a board backing to avoid damages in shipping. Book in excellent condition as described. First time buyer and you made it a wonderful experience. Will deal with you again and now hope all other sellers are equal to you. Appreciate the free shipping and option for insurance. Thank you very much. I am just so very pleased with you and my experience. I purchased 2 fitness DVD's from Jezebel's Collectibles on 1/05/09. They were shipped immediately after the PayPal transaction, and arrived within 3 days.
