Paypal is most convenient. It's easier than cheques and postal orders, and is instant (in most cases, assuming your card details are upto date at paypal)

p & p covers not only the face value of the stamp on the parcel, but also the box its in, bubble wrap, brown tape, fragile tape, wages for an order packer, trip to the post office, ebay and paypal fees, etc...

All items should be returned within 7 days, please notify us via email if you wish to return an item. A handling charge may apply. Return postage will only be refunded on faulty items, and then only when we ship the replacement. postage is not refunded on 'unwanted' or 'not needed because i've got one somewhere else now' items !!

The only way is thro' ebays messaging system. emails sent straight to our email address may end up in the junk mail folder and not get noticed.

we endeavor to ship our items within 2 working days (not painted parts), in most cases it is the same day as payment is received, as our feedback will bear testament to. It is important to note that, delivery times are the responsibility of royal mail, not us. We despatch item as soon as we can after we receive cleared payment. We don't claim to offer a next day delivery service - most items go royal mail first class, which generally do get there next day, some things can take longer, usually around bank holiday times, christmas etc..
