Fantastic value for money and great customer service
2 of 2 found this helpful It was the low price that first attracted me to this product and I thought I would give it a try! After a couple of weeks however, the printer stopped saying that the ink had ran out! I contacted the seller and explained what had happended. They were fantastic and got back to me straight away to explain that some printers have "dodgy" chip readers and they gave me blow by blow instructions as to how to bypass this. It was ridiculously easy and took just minutes...The cartridge is still going strong, printing clearly and properly, and I have had no further problems.
The customer service from this seller was brilliant and I would recommend that anyone having a problem with any products from them, get in touch first and give them the opportunity to help you.
I will be using them every time from now on.

Cheap but great fun
Great little novelty cutter.
