i try to make postage and packaging as cheap as i can when selling but please note that p&p does not mean you just pay for the stamp! there are jiffy bags, bubble wrap, printing labels, listing fees, transfer fees and petrol costs to get such items etc.

i sell on ebay to sell, if there is a problem with any item received communication is the first step and of course if item is dramatically not as described then a refund is an option. I sell only items i would be happy to receive as items are usually sold just to help me through uni. i do not sell faulty or damaged goods so a refund should not come into it anyway.
