What everyone should know about me
we are a very small home based business, trying to make it in this mad world. im john and disabled after a silly bike accident and i do the packing and ebay side of it, my wife heather works full time and does the posting. plus the kids help lol.

we started the business to stop me going mad sitting at home after a bike accident left me unable to work, me my wife and 2 teen boys try to get it right but sometimes we make mistakes.

Payment policy
i except paypal and postal orders but not cheques.

Delivery information
i go by the weight of a parcel not a per item discount, so it works out cheaper for customers, so if i think you have overpaid on the postage i will always refund it back into your paypal account

Return policy
you can return anything your not happy with and if it is our fault i will repay your postage costs, but if you brought the wrong item or changed your mind i will refund the product costs and not the postage.
