Good Service. The item was packed in a strong cardboard box and the the model box was wrapped in bubble wrap. Delivery was good and the model arrived in 3 days. On unpacking, the model was found to be damaged, one of the side chains was damaged and the item was not as described in the sellers details.

The seller sold me a model that was fairly priced and a model I really sought. The model was posted speedily. Unfortunately, the model seems to have become lost in the post. I contacted the seller and he has been offering very supportive advice in this situation.ًAs the parcel is very inlikely to arrive, the seller has refunded the cost as the only positive step forward.

Unfortunately model arrived in many pieces in box thanks to Royal Mail.l informed John of problem and he immediately gave me a full refund and was going to take it up with Royal Mail.Model is a total loss through no fault of the seller. Will use him again.
