The knife was fine post fine but I ordered 2 and the seller was not listening that there was only one knife he stated it says 2 on the packet would not buy again avoid this seller as he does not listen to the customer

Buyer was offered another knife FOC even though the package sent was clearly marked and initialed by the packer as having 2 inside, twice.

Item was as described. Poor communication by seller. When dispatched they added tracking but provided some other number that could not be tracked. Item was delivered late vs the time that was advertised. When questioning the delivery time I was told by rude customer service I was wrong when in fact the delivery times were listed on purchase. EXPECT LATE DELIVERY.

Unsure as to buyer remarks? The item was shipped by Royal Mail first class and the correct info was uploaded, it is not a tracked service as we explained, but the seller refused to accept this and doubted us? Obviously when an item leaves us it is in the hands of the courier and sadly from time to time it can be delivered a little later than expected.
