Business InformationPayment policy
I will usually accept payment only from a PayPal VERIFIED account in order to comply fully with Protection Policies.
Delivery information
I will usually post only to the confirmed address of a PayPal VERIFIED account only in order to comply fully with Protection Policies. Items are generally not available for collection/local pick up, unless stated as such in listing. I do not add to cover my eBay fees, but must ensure that when receiving postage payment through PayPal there is sufficient to cover actual postage cost after PayPal have deducted their fee, as payment is immediately transferred to courier (who may then add tax and PayPal surcharge). My postal charge is generally the minimum amount required to do this.
Return policy
No returns, sorry. All items are sold as described and I endeavour to describe acurately and honestly, as is reflected by my feedback.
International sales policy
Overseas bidders please note - I have had the unfortunate experience of having items sent by Royal Mail reported as unreceived by some overseas buyers and Royal Mail have not been able to provide the signature or confirmation of delivery, to which eBay/PayPal (in accordance with their new seller policy which holds the seller responsible for the item until received by the buyer) then refund the buyer in full leaving me the seller without item or payment. This loophole is being exploited by a minority making it a harsh lesson in eBay's constantly evolving rules and it is for this reason that I may refuse to use Royal Mail to send outside of UK.
I cannot allow courier collection on behalf of overseas buyers.
I may cancel bids of internationally registered users if not contacted beforehand or if international postage is not offered.
Terms & conditions
In order to protect myself as a seller and provide a reliable service (but mainly because eBay Seller Policy holds the seller responsible for the item until received by the buyer), I must insist on items sent by my choice of postal/courier service and not just the cheapest option requested by the buyer. It is also for this reason that I often provide a 'worst case' worldwide shipping cost (usually the cost to send to Australia or zone 2 countries) but encourage overseas bidders to contact me in advance for more accurate quote. Bidding without first requesting a quote assumes the buyer to be in agreement with this cost.
