Postage is on the high side as the porcelain is quite heavy to send, and I also like to send things via the more expensive Recorded delivery - that way I know they have arrived safely.

Personalised items are not returnable unless there is anything wrong with the item, in which case you are welcome to choose another from my collection or I may refund your money.
