I accept Paypal - (preferred) and postal orders for UK purchasers. Paypal ONLY for overseas payments

I post daily. I prefer to post recorded delivery as insurance and proof of delivery is included. I will post first class if required and always obtain a proof of postage. For overseas purchases - insurance is offered and is strongly recommended. I try to keep my charges to the minimum but please bear in mind the cost of tissue paper, bubblewrap, envelopes, stickers etc are included in the price - not just the fee Royal Mail take. Overcharging is one of my pet hates! Royal Mail do not class post lost till 15 working days (domestic) and 25 working days (international) have passed. If after this time you still have not received your item I will replace - if possible or issue a refund. Royal Mail may contact you when I make a claim for lost items - I would be grateful if you could cooperate with their investigations in a timely manner.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. I ask due to hygeine reasons that the products are returned totally untouched/unused, in original, undamaged packaging and at your own expense. I will pay for return postage if the item you received is faulty.
