Unfortunately there are always those that you cannot please, no matter how hard you try! I have always believed that the primary reason that any business succeeds is due to customer service, and I adhere myself strictly to this ethic. Unfortunately far too many brick and mortar stores have forgot this ethic, and I have as a result, refused to do business with these retailers. I will work with any serious buyer on getting the best price possible on all my items, I ship immediatly upon clearance of payment, and on auction items, with any reasonable offer I will include a buy it now for that offer.

I personally pack and ship all items, immediatly upon payment through Paypal, or clearance of other payment methods. I prefer USPS Priority mail as my carrier,fast shipment and exremely low breakage rates. I do also ship internationally, and will work with any buyers to get the best possible rates.

I will accept returns for any item that is recieved other than described, all my items are personally checked for any and all defects or damage before listing, and noted in the description. If an item arrives at your location broken or damaged you must take this up with the carrier. Shipping insurance is offered as an option on all my items and I highly recommend using same.
