First- seller told me they were on holiday after I paid for it! So waited nearly 2 weeks. When it arrived it was wrapped in just a black bag! An expensive mulberry bag unbelievable, for that reason it was creased and also missing some new tags that was advertised with it. Several messages to seller and just no care given, no apology, short sharp rude messages. Now have a bag that’s too late to give as the present I wanted it for, creased and deffo doesn’t look brand new! Avoid please, not nice..
