Everything I send is recorded, smaller item are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded, larger items are either sent via Parcelforce or UPS.
Return policy
Smaller items are covered by a 7 day dead on arrival return policy (except items which are spares or repair). Computers system have a 30 day return policy including 30 day telephone support (office hours only).
