I keep all buyers up to date with any information about the item(s) they have won, which includes delivery status, quality and more. Basically i give you the information that you need to know without you needing to ask. I check all of the items delivery status daily so that if there are any problems, i can immediatly contact you and let you know, to avoid any kind of arguments as to where the item is also keep informed of any delays that there may be.

For now i only do PayPal payments. I may use more methods in the future.

All items i ship use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery, that way the items can be tracked down if not recieved. I ask all buyers that they give me up to 24 hours to have the item(s) packaged and ready for delivery the following morning, i of course won't always take that long in fact sometimes it can take as long as an hour or 2 and get sent that afternoon.

I accept returns but only if there is a problem with the item isnt as described or was damaged in the mail. Otherwise i cannot be held responsable for the item. What ever happens to it after it has been sent has nothing to do with me. Basically i will only accept a return if i am responsable or if it would be easier and better to accept it.
