E-Beauty is an online retailer of brand cosmetics, skin care, perfumes and clothing. We import our products from reputable wholesalers and buy in bulk, so we can offer huge savings to the customer. We only sell items we have in stock and send direct from our nearest delivery centre.
Payment policy
All our prices are as advertised and there are no hidden extras. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal – it is quicker and more secure and we will not charge extra for using it. We are also happy to accept cheques, postal orders, banker’s drafts, and credit cards.
Please note that we will wait for cheques to clear before dispatching your item.
Delivery information
Our aim is to despatch all orders within one working day of cleared payment receipt.
Our delivery charges include the administration costs and packaging costs and not just the cost of the mail stamps.
Delivery is normally within a few days for mainland UK and 1-2 weeks for EU member states. Please allow longer for other destinations. We do not have control over delivery times and depend on the postal service.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We always dispatch items with confirmation of posting for peace of mind. If an item is lost in the post, we may issue a replacement item or a refund. Where an item is received but has been damaged in transit the item can be replaced or a refund issued; the issuing of a replacement item is at our discretion and after investigation by us.
Please note that following Royal Mail policies, we will not consider an item lost until at least 15 working days have passed. For internationally shipped items this is 25 working days.
Return policy
Items must be returned within: 7 days
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind you have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to return the item to us within 7 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing, (email or letter) within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods.
Unfortunately for health and safety reasons we can not accept the following goods; items such as skin care, perfumes, oils, make-up, shampoos or intimate items of clothing; items such as underwear, tights can not be returned.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us and in the original state. Items not received or damaged can not be refunded.
To return an item, send the goods back to us well packaged and quoting your item number and reason for cancellation.
We regret that we are NOT able to refund the delivery costs.
