All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Chris & Kate are siblings who live next-door to each other in Rhayader on the river Wye, at the bottom of the breath-taking Elan valley. The photo is of Chris' collie 'Moss' when he was 12 weeks old. See our 'me' page for more info.

Business InformationDelivery information
As our houses open right on to a busy road, for the safety of our animals we don't use the front doors! As such, anything that's bigger than a letterbox should be delivered to the REAR of the building. We're quite easy to find but should a sellers courier have any difficulty our full contact details (including telephone number) are available through Ebay & we're more than happy to give directions.
Contact information
We are always happy to provide other buyers with follow up information about sellers we have dealt with.
Feedback.
We ALWAYS leave honest & appropriate feedback. Ebayers are only human. Things can go wrong & we understand that. A seller that puts things right deserves +ive feedback for doing so. One of the things that DOES irritate us is Ebayers that leave us RETALIATORY feedback when it's their service that's lacking & we've done nothing wrong. For example: us leaving a neutral due to a sellers high P&P charges, slow delivery & not following delivery instructions and for some reason we get a neutral in return when we've paid immediately & in full. When you see feedback that isn't +ive we would urge you to look at the bigger picture & check out the other person's feedback.
A word about PayPal...
We ARE fully PayPal verified. Sometimes when we buy things the PayPal receipt comes through 'Address confirmed' & sometimes it comes through 'Address unconfirmed.' This seems to be completely random & we do not know why this happens. There is also no way of knowing before the event. This has, on rare occasions, caused sellers to decline & refund the transaction. This causes a problem because PayPal hang on to the money for a period of time & we have had to pay again & wait for the money back from PayPal. If, as a seller, you only accept transactions from confirmed addresses & this happens we would urge you to contact us before making a refund. We are more than happy to provide proof of who & where we are & sellers can always request our registered contact details (including phone number - it's often better to actually speak to a human being) through eBay.
