The pattern didn’t arrive but I still wanted it but I was given a refund which I didn’t ask for. This seller has now blocked me from buying from her even though I have been a long term customer and bought lots of patterns from her. Disappointing treatment

I thought it best to refund as with it being Christmas chances are another would be lost in the post, you was not prepared to wait to see if it arrived even though it was shown as dispatched, having bought 1 pattern in both 2012 and 2024 I suppose does entitled you to being a 'long term customer'. Ebay gave me the choice to offer a refund so I took it and I stand by that decision
