I am a mum to khadja who is 6 and she keeps my busy when im not selling on ebay, i work full time on ebay since giving my job up last march. It aslo allows me to go to school everyday and be there for her.....

I sell bear new clothes and accessories that are compatible with Build A Bear and Bear Factory bears, i buy my stock from an international suppliers, and resell it back on ebay.

ER, Deal or No Deal

I am a honest ebayer and i would only sell what i would buy, i dont rip people off and i like people to come back to my shop and buy with me again.......

I worked for Sure Start for 2 years then gave it all up to sell full time on ebay.......

I accept PayPal, Uncrossed Postal Orders (Sent by Recorded Delivery) i DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES..............

I offer good postage prices and good postage reductions on multiple buys i try not to over charge if i do then i do give refunds.........

I only accept returns if goods are faulty and are returned in all original packaging, Full refunds including postage costs will be given for faulty goods(this very rarley happens as they are all checked before dispatch) I will not refund for items that are to small when they are accuratly described in the item description

Please remember i do have to ship from America and Denmark , i have to pay shipping costs, custom duties, and charges to the delivery company. if I make a £500 order with my supplier then the average costs for shipping, custom duties, and charges to the delivery company is round about £400 in total. So please remember when leaving feedback on postage and packaging that i have to pay out for all the charges that comes with shipping from america.....

All my items are securley packaged, if you buy any girls items then these are sent are wrapped in a pink bag then they are wrapped in a pink mailing bag, if you buy any boys items then they are wrapped in a blue bag then put in a blue mailing bag, also you will receive a thank you note and i also put a personal message on the outside of the mailing bag giving it that personal touch, this lets you know that time and effort have been put into sending your items out to you.. Please remember this when leaving feedback for packaging charges........
