Delivery information
We ship all books printed in North America via USPS. All other books from Canada because in accordance with NAFTA - (North American Free Trade Agreement). Handling fees are included in the shipping to offset the cost of packing materials & the cot of crossing into the USA. These costs cover bridge tolls & business charges charged by the US Customs & Border Control Agency. We take our shipping very seriously & package so as your item receive no damage while in transit. We are experts in packing. Our reputation can be checked anywhere we sell books. Our goal is to please 100%.
Return policy
We will accept returns once we have agreed to do so. All items must be returned within 3 business days and be in the same condition as when they went out from here. We do not cover the shipping cost of any returned item/s this is at the buyers expense. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item/s a full refund with be given if the item is in the same condition as when shipped.
