Yes, it is always rounded up to cover the costs of packaging and then getting it to the post office. I try to be fair and will offer a discount if I can.

Return policy
Sorry, I don't do this because it is just stuff. If I was running a business then sure I would, but not for unwanted stuff.

Well it appears to be all here on eBay. I had someone call me, don't ask me how, but they got it off eBay. Messaging does take a couple of days sometimes as I have an unreliable service, but I am working on that.
