I run this eBay Business as a hobby, this is not my full time job. I have one of those as well! I also have 4 children and all the chaos that comes with them!!..so I have a very busy life.

I sell NEW womens clothing, 99% with labels/tags attached, but occasionally they have already been removed. Most of my items are corsets, with some special occasion dresses/gowns and holiday items, like sun dresses and kaftans. I try to describe my items exactly as they are, to the best of my ability, with measurements of Bust (or flat across the bust), waist, hips, length and sleeve length if applicable. I take LOADS of photos to try to show the item at every angle, as I understand that buying clothing without handling the item in person can be difficult. In a shop on the highstreet you can check the item out, try it on, feel the fabric, see the colours. Impossible to do from a distance, online!

I accept payment through Paypal, which I prefer, as its quicker & simpler. It also means I can post out items as soon as the payment is received. I also accept postal orders. Apologies, but I DONT accept cheques, as I dont have the time to get to the bank often enough, plus the wait for them to clear, can cause HUGE delays in posting the items out. With the effect that people would receive an inefficient service from me, due to the time delay. eCheques..!! I DO accept eCheques! But customers must be aware that they can take up to 10 DAYS TO CLEAR! so if you pay using this method, please do NOT expect your item to arrive the next day!

I keep my P&P at a realistic price, I think! Postage & Packaging includes the bags & tissue paper, which I wrap ALL my items in, and are purchased specifically for this purpose. All my parcels in the UK are sent '1st Class, Signed For', which at present Royal Mail prices is approx 0.70p on top of the price of the weight of the item. I do this as it is in both the Buyers & Sellers best interest. If a parcel is lost by Royal Mail, ie, not signed for, and not found, I will refund the money, then claim it back from Royal Mail. For international buyers, I use straight forward 'Airmail', and always get 'Proof of Posting'.

I accept returns for ANY reason, including change of mind! I do this as I realise how difficult it is to 'imagine' how an item will look once on. The 'Image' can be very different from the 'Reality'...! I obvously accept returns for items that are 'Not as described' but this is unlikely & so far has never happened! If I have missed a fault or damage to any item, which very occassionally does happen (we are only human!)Please contact me immediatly & I will rectify the problem.
