We take pride in our handmade, all-natural treats that contain only human grade ingredients and are proud to feed them to our animals. Our business was started in 2003 when our Rottweiler, Zeus was 2 years old. He had health related issues start such as neck/back trouble & a constant upset stomach! We decided to try to make our own treats out of the things he loved the most since the store bought treats upset his stomach so. We found that he not only loved the treats we made, but he also improved health wise as well. It also made us feel better to know that we knew what went into what he was eating. We have used all-natural, organic ingredients from the beginning & have noticed very tremendous changes in his health & activity levels. When we got our second dog, Lucy from the Humane Society, she would pretty much eat anything, but we started her on our treats & noticed visible differences in her coat & overall health as well. As an amputee she needed it. As with organic diets in people, you would be very impressed with the differences in dogs too! We truly believe that your dogs diet should be just as important to you.

Our preferred payment method is Paypal. We do accept personal checks and money orders, but with personal checks there is a 5 business day waiting period before your order is sent out.

We pride ourselves on a quick response time and quick shipment of each of our orders. For most orders, they are shipped out the following business day. The only exception to that, is if jerky's are ordered. Because we make all of our treat orders as they are received, the jerky's have to be prepped and take an entire day to make; therefore, they are shipped within two business days. Our treats are always fresh and never frozen when you receive them. The jerky's are vaccuum sealed, so they can be kept just like human jerky's for months at a time with proper storage. Our peanut butter treats, on the other hand, are just like any other baked item, they have to be treated as such. If you do not plan to use them in a reasonable amount of time (just like a loaf of bread), they can be placed in a freezer safe container and frozen for up to two months. We have actually found that in the summertime, our dogs love the treats straight from the freezer!

We will gladly accept returns as long as you first email us within 7 days to let us know that the item(s) are being returned and the reason. Also, the return should not have been used. Any returns are expected to be in the same packaging that they were received in, and should be unworn if applicable. If we do not receive an email within 7 days of receipt, we will assume that all is well and you will be leaving us positive feedback!
