I specialise in household goods; furniture, linens, paintings, objects, electrical items and childrens equipment. I also sell clothes and jewellery and accessories with great sucess on ebay.

I have a proven sales record on ebay, I believe that the customer is always right, something I learnt from years out in the workplace. Therefore customer service is my forte, you can bid on my items knowing I have been 100% accurate in my description and I am always keen to know if I have made a mistake along the line somewhere. Positive critisism helps me try to attain even higher standards and I never list anything that I wouldn't be happy to buy myself.

I prefer paypal but also accept cheques and postal orders. For larger items being collected, cash is preferred.

I only charge a small amount above the actual postage costs to cover my time and postage costs. If I have made a mistake and overcharged I will offer a refund back on excess postage to the recipient.

Due to the high volume of items I sell on ebay I do not offer a refund policy. That is because I take great care and time ensuring that all the facts, details and measurments are included within the listing, so I trust my bidders to check before buying. However if I have omitted something in the description that becomes apparant upon receipt (such as a small mark or something that I missed when listing the item) then I always offer a refund and pay return postage fee's too.
